By accessing or utilizing the photo editing services provided by PixoPal ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Image Ownership & Copyright

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and commercial distribution rights to all source images uploaded to PixoPal. PixoPal claims no copyright over client materials. We agree not to publish, reproduce, or disclose your imagery to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Turnaround Time & Deliverables

While PixoPal strives to meet standard 24-hour turnaround commitments on all standard batches, delivery schedules may vary slightly during exceptionally high-volume holiday peaks or complex custom composite requests.

4. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If delivered images do not adhere to the instructions originally submitted, you may request revisions within 14 days of file delivery at no additional fee.
