Our standard turnaround time is guaranteed 24 hours or less for batches of up to 500 images. For rush projects, we offer 12-hour express turnaround. High-volume catalog productions (2,000+ photos) are delivered on agreed rolling milestones.

100% of our clipping paths, ghost mannequin merging, and retouching work is completed by full-time professional human retouchers. We do not use automated one-click AI masks because they cannot achieve the exact vector Bezier curve accuracy and natural shadow gradations demanded by top commercial brands.

Upload: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and camera RAW formats (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.).

Delivery: We deliver in any format you specify: Web-ready JPEG on pure white, transparent PNG, or layered PSD with vector clipping paths and adjustment masks preserved.

You can upload 3 of your own product photos via our Free Trial page. No credit card is required. Tell us your exact specifications (e.g. background color, shadow style, cropping size), and we will return retouched files within 24 hours so you can inspect our quality firsthand.

We take confidentiality very seriously. All files are transferred via 256-bit SSL encrypted channels and stored in secure private cloud storage. Our retouchers sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We never publish or share unreleased product images without prior written consent.

Revisions are 100% free and unlimited. If an image does not match the instructions you provided, click the revision button in our portal, add your note, and our retouchers will correct it immediately at no additional cost.
