Your credits expire one year from the date of purchase.
Credits which are purchased by you are eligible for a refund. PixoPal will refund the balance by deducting 10 USD or 30% of the balance amount whichever is higher.
For all your suggestions, pricing queries, support requirement. We have a single email id, email@example.com. If you are a registered customer, do send the email from your registered email account or mention the same in your message.
Our pricing is on a per image basis and depends on the image complexity and services required. Please refer to pricing page.
Once you submit your photos, you will be asked to pay using our secure credit card system (powered by PayPal). You can pay for the images that you have uploaded, as well as pre-purchase images to save more on your future orders. If you are paying for our Shopify app, you will be paying through the Shopify payment portal.
